Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Gallery Submissions

Users may submit artwork and content to our Space Art Gallery. By submitting content, you grant RocketWatch Kids a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Content Standards

All user-generated content must be family-friendly, appropriate for children, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the content and grant us the license described above.

Moderation

We review all submissions before they appear on our site. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketWatch Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

We use third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

You may cancel your account and subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
